Booking and scheduling systems
Appointments, reminders and the admin behind them — built so the people running the business can actually run it.
What it covers
Online booking
Customers book from a phone without ringing during service hours or waiting for someone to check a diary.
Reminders that land
WhatsApp reminders, because that is the channel people in Fiji actually open.
Store almost nothing
A name, a number and a time. Collecting less is a design decision, not an oversight.
An admin side
The schedule, the changes and the no-shows, visible to the people who need them.
Built around the no-show problem
Most booking systems are sold on taking bookings. The expensive problem is usually the other end: the appointment that quietly does not happen.
That is why reminders sit at the centre of Chairside rather than being an add-on, and why they go out over WhatsApp instead of email nobody opens.
The second decision is how little to store. A booking system does not need a clinical record to do its job, and anything you do not hold is something you cannot lose.

Common questions
What kind of businesses is this for?
Anywhere an appointment is the unit of work — clinics, salons, trades and services. Chairside, our booking product, is aimed at Fiji dental practices.
Can it send reminders?
Yes. Chairside is built around online booking with WhatsApp reminders, on the channel people here actually read.
How much patient or client information is stored?
As little as possible. Chairside is deliberately privacy-first: a name, a number and a time. Nothing clinical.
Is Chairside available now?
It is built and tested but still in development, and there is a live demo you can look at. Custom booking systems we build for clients are separate work.
