Corner House

A Samabula fish & chips takeaway with a real transaction path — menu, specials and reviews, M-PAiSA at checkout, and the order printing where the food is made.

The problem

A takeaway does not need a website so much as it needs a way to take an order without someone standing at the counter. The gap is rarely design — it is that the order has to arrive somewhere useful, and the payment has to work with what customers actually carry.

Corner House needed the menu and specials to be current, orders to reach the kitchen without a staff member watching a screen, and payment through M-PAiSA rather than a card flow built for another country.

What we built

A production site with the menu, daily specials and reviews, and an ordering flow that ends in an M-PAiSA payment. Orders print straight to the kitchen, so a ticket appears where the cooking happens rather than in an inbox.

The site is built lean and served from infrastructure we run, because an ordering page that stalls on mobile data is a lost sale — and most customers are on a phone.
