Who we are
This website and the tools described below are operated by Nexus Solutions and Intelligent Technologies Pte Ltd (“NSIT”), a company registered in Fiji (company number 2026RC000875), based in Suva.

Information from this website
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you type. We use it only to reply to you, it is stored in our private website enquiry inbox, and we do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
Like any web server, ours keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to keep the site secure and working.
This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.
Our video publishing tools and Google / YouTube data
NSIT runs internal tools that upload, schedule and measure videos on YouTube channels that NSIT owns or manages (for example Glow Physics and English Mix-Ups). These tools use YouTube API Services. By using them you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) , and Google handles data under the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) .
With your authorisation, the tools access only what they need: uploading and updating videos, managing playlists, captions and comments, and reading channel and video analytics for the authorised channel. OAuth tokens are stored on NSIT-controlled systems, are never shared with third parties, and are used only to operate the authorised channel.
NSIT’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy) , including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to train models.
You can revoke the tools’ access at any time from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions) . Stored tokens are deleted when access is revoked or on request.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows. Channel analytics are kept to measure how videos perform.
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email [email protected] ([email protected]) and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
Website publishing accounts
The private CMS uses an essential session cookie to keep authorised administrators signed in. Enquiries are stored in the private website enquiry inbox with the contact details, project information and consent you provide. Public media uploads are accessible by URL; staff should not upload private documents to the public media library.
